the pre-registration deadline (May 8th) has expired.
Delegates who have not pre-registered will have to fill in the registration form on site and pay the registration fee in order to be able to attend the conference.

The registration desk will be located on floor “A”, close to Ulisse room.
It will be open during the conference according to the following schedule
Sunday, May 16th from 15.00 to 17.30;
Monday, May 17th from 08.15 to 17.15;
Tuesday, May 18th from 08.15 to 17.15;
Wednesday, May 19th from 08.15 to 17.15.
On site registrations payment can only be made cash (Euro €)
or by credit card (Master Card, Visa and American Express only).

(1) Undergraduate Student/Graduate, PhD students copy of valid student ID or a document written on your University/Institute letterhead which states that you are entitled to pay the student registration fee.
please note that student registration fee entitles you to follow the conference and receive a proceedings CD.
Snack lunches and gala dinner are not included in your registration fee.
If you are willing to register for the gala dinner the cost is EUR 120.00 per person.
Each snack lunch at the meeting venue, beverages included costs 40.00 EUR. Coupons can be purchased on-site (limited number).
